We will engage in trade advertising, internet advertising, our own database search and a pro-active sweep of the market. Clients are kept informed of progress at each stage of the process and following CV submission we provide full interview and offer briefing and de-briefing services, including candidate resignation and counter-offer management. You only pay for this service if the role is successfully filled.

The main advantage for client.s opting for Retained Search is that they reserve the exclusive time of the recruiting consultant. Whilst we require upfront and stage charges for this service we work together to formulate a timeline to completion of the project and a structured process that guarantees success. We will only recommend and accept a Retained Search assignment in specific circumstances and these will typically be where it is a senior role. Confidentiality is essential, the role is a specific niche that requires a proactive approach and a role that is going to be difficult to fill.
