We offer a comprehensive service in which you will receive the attention of one of our highly specialised consultants. You will receive a visit and a full consultation, at the end of which you will be provided a detailed action plan with our proposed approach.
Following our meeting we will formulate an action plan, utilising all the tools at our disposal. We will engage in trade advertising, internet advertising, our own database search and a pro-active sweep of the market. Clients are kept informed of progress at each stage of the process and following CV submission we provide full interview and offer briefing and de-briefing services, including candidate resignation and counter-offer management. We recognise the challenge presented to clients in the ever changing world of salary and benefits packages. The work we undertake across all areas of the (re)insurance markets means that we are well placed to offer information ranging from informal salary benchmarking to full salary/compensation guides and surveys. These can be general or line of business specific, and can include information on pensions contributions, structuring of deferred compensation/stock schemes and the wide range of bonus structures and percentages. We encourage Clients to specify the requisite information at the point of instruction and can then produce a bespoke report within a pre-agreed timeframe.
