You will be involved with providing support to the Underwriting Teams in the day to day running of the various IT systems and in supporting the implementation of new systems. The right person will use their knowledge of the systems to assist in the continuance of the Underwriting team’s progress towards the Departments’ Target Operating Model.


The right person will have strong IT skills accompanied with good communication skills, as well as the ability to analyse, define and specify customer requirements. Good technical knowledge of insurance and departmental systems benefitial, plus Excel, and preferably Access.
