Elite Lloyds Insurance Syndicate are seeking a bright, career minded Underwriters Assistant. Due to rapid business growth there is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to work within their expanding Marine division.


Working closely with the Senior Underwriter, your core duty will be to help manage the marine accounts. You will be liaising with London Market brokers, actuaries, underwriters and senior members of the syndicate. You will be encouraged to take an active role in dealing with clients and learning the underwriting process in a hands on environment.


The ideal candidate will have excellent academic grades (degree not essential), have excellent interpersonal skills and be career minded. You should have ideally Lloyd's but certainly London market experience, preferably from within the marine sector. There are excellent prospects for the right individual for technical and self development. You will be fully supported in attaining relevant industry qualifications.
