The main focus of the role is to deliver optimal level competitive underwriting capacity to meet group objectives.


The Role:


•Provide leadership, direction and support to members of the Insurer Development team in relation to development of insurer accounts
•Take ownership of a portfolio on Insurer accounts
•Support the relationship between internal business units and Insurers
•Establish positive key internal stakeholder relationships providing information for regular forums as appropriate
•Develop and maintain robust technical relationships with Insurer portfolio ensuring that they are fit for purpose


You must be able to demonstrate:


•Strong experience of the insurance market, including underwriting experience
•Knowledge of products, distribution models and operating models
•Experience of Account performance analysis
•The ability to manage and develop a team
