A highly respected Insurance company have a new and exciting role within their Motor claims team. The successful candidate will have gained extensive experience within the claims environment of an Insurance Company. This position involves processing Motor Claims, including Accidental Damage, Third Party, Total Loss, Fire, Theft Credit Hire and Recoveries (no PI work), through from initial notification to final settlement exercising customer care at all times and working in a timely manner.


You will require good keyboard skills and an excellent telephone manner and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, as you will be involved in corresponding with approved garages and repair networks, engineers and most importantly, the customer.
