A highly respected and well known insurer have an exciting new opportunity for a Bordereaux Team Manager.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of 11 to process all aspects of property and package bordereaux. Your key areas of responsibility will be to ensure the maximum and most efficient use of the team through workflow management and quality control to enable the highest levels of customer service are maintained. You will also be required to assist with the production of all relevant statistical reports and management information relevant to team activity. The role will also include providing technical support, training and development to new and existing members of staff.
The successful individual will need to have had previous managerial experience to inspire this new team. You will also need to be familiar with the end to end bordereaux process and appreciate the difference between cover and payment.
