Exciting opportunity to join an established and highly respected insurer within their multinational service unit.


The role involves working as part of a team to ensure delivery of effective servicing of Global Programmes. Global servicing activities will cover the entire insurance lifecycle, from policy administration, to claims, risk engineering, and cashflow management. The role will include working with producing underwriters to help set up the service structure required for each programme and acting as a subject matter expert on all aspects of multinational administration thereafter.


The jobholder will prepare, collate and communicate new and renewal case information, handle mid-term changes and manage the delivery of key stages of the end to end multinational process. There will be frequent contact with overseas offices and the role requires strong collaboration and communication skills as well as an understanding of the international regulatory and legal aspects of territorial insurance covers. The role holder will also provide support for Reverse Flow business. A key requirement of the job is the delivery of excellent customer service.
