An ambitious Lloyd's insurer is looking for an individual to work within their Underwriting Performance Team helping to develop and actively apply their underwriting performance framework.


Reporting to the Head of Underwriting Management the person will be an important member of the broader underwriting management department and would be involved with many aspects of the business. This is an important and exciting time for this organisation and the role involves improving delivery of existing performance management functions and help with the development and enhancement of further management capabilities. The role will also involve providing input into underwriting and reinsurance strategy, reinsurance structure and input into actuarial reserving, pricing and capital model review process.


The successful individual will most likely be within a similar role within a London Market insurer or Lloyd's managing agent and will be a business analyst with a sound understanding of insurance sector dynamics. Experience of Palisade would also be useful.
