The right candidate be responsible for the managing of a team of high net worth underwriters, where you will be responsible for issuing workloads, maintaining key service level agreements, one-to-ones, appraisals and acting as a referral point within the team.


The right individual will need to have experience of running a team of underwriters in a high net worth or household team. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a sound technical understanding.
