Opportunity to join a well known and highly respected insurer in their specialist VIP / High Net Worth (HNW) Underwriting Team as an Underwriting Technical Assistant.


Working within the customer service team you will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries both by phone and email, dealing with amendments to existing HNW home and car arrangements, notification of new purchases, changes or sales of items and then making the corresponding changes required upon the policy. As you will be underwriting existing business and dealing with VIP people the policies you are handling will be for high value homes and cars and the clientele expect a very high standard of customer service.


The right individual will ideally have experience within the personal lines and High Net Worth field, be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and a proactive attitude and must also be fluent in spoken and written French, as the role will involve assisting with the management of the continental book.
