Our client is seeking to take advantage of an investment opportunity....


They would like to speak with candidates with a thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of commercial package and commercial combined insurance together with experience of dealing face to face with business customers.


We would anticipate a minimum of five years insurance experience some of which will have been spent within the broking sector in a similar role. In addition, we will be looking for good communication skills both verbal and written and ideally (but not essential) the candidate will have made some progress in CII examinations.


In terms of qualities, we are looking for people who will want to grow with the company and be employed by for a number of years. They must possess excellent communication skills and have a real desire for customer service and quality. They must be a good team player and be prepared to assist their colleagues when necessary and get on with their colleagues in both a business and social surrounding. In today’s difficult market a proven ability to convert enquiries and building a rapport with potential clients is essential.


Candidates who have access to their own book of clients that they wish to continue to service will be welcomed.
