Responsible for developing new and enhancing existing relationships with a panel of brokers across the Essex and East Anglia region this role will involve working to sales, business retention and profitability targets with time out on the road visiting brokers, within the office developing and enhancing internal and external relationships and at home.


The successful individual will have commercial experience from either an insurer or broker environment and have a proven track record of insurance relationship management and business development.
