Senior Global Programmes Coordinator

Our client is a large and successful international insurer in the Lloyd's and London markets. They are looking for a senior Global Programmes Coordinator to join their team and help to push the business even further forward.

The role involves working as part of a team with both producing underwriting teams and the global network partners to ensure delivery of effective servicing of Global Programmes underwritten and supporting Senior Case Handlers and Client Managers within the team.
Global servicing activities will cover the entire insurance lifecycle, from policy administration, to claims, risk engineering, and cashflow management.The role will include working with producing underwriters to help set up the service structure required for each programme and implementing all aspects of multinational administration thereafter, under the direction of Senior members of staff. The jobholder will prepare, collate and communicate new and renewal case information, handle mid-term changes and co-ordinate the delivery of key stages of the end to end multinational process.
There will be frequent contact with overseas offices and the role requires strong collaboration and communication skills as well as an understanding of the international regulatory and legal aspects of territorial insurance covers. The role holder will also provide support for Multinational business written outside of Europe. A key requirement of the job is the delivery of excellent customer service.

? Ideally a Multinational or Commercial Insurance background preferably in an underwriting environment
? Strong service orientated work ethic and background
? Self motivated
? Attention to detail
? Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
? Ability to be flexible, multi-task, organise and prioritise own workload
? A level or graduate calibre
? Progress towards ACII or equivalent qualification preferred
