Growing UK insurer based in Essex with strong links into the Lloyds market, are looking for an Underwriting Assistant to join a growing Non Marine Accident & Health division.


Providing support to the Accident and Health Underwriting team / Claims Officer. Assisting with production of statistics. Preparation of claims statistics required for reporting for the Accident and Health,
Household and Property Departments. Assisting with the entry of premium and claims figures into Syndicate Support and other departmental systems


The right candidate will have insurance experience, preferably from an underwriting background. You should have good IT skills, enjoy working with statistics and have strong mathematical and telephone skills.
