One of the largest managing agencies within the Lloyd's market who are continuing to grow and expand internationally are looking to strengthen their Marine claims team.


Based within the Lloyd's building and handling claims at every stage from first advice to settlement, the role will involve adjusting predominantly Marine Cargo claims with some exposure to other Marine areas. Working with underwriters, brokers and third party agents you will be working within your own autonomy, delivering to targets as well as building and enhancing market relationships.


The right individual will have experience from either a marine claims adjusting or broking background and be a skilled negotiator and team player. You should also be able to work to targets and deadlines, often in a pressurised environment. IT skills are also important with a working knowledge of Word and Excel, as well as the ability to produce reports and statistics essential. ACII or progression towards would also be an advantage.
