A great opportunity to join a leading UK Motor Insurer with a Lloyd's syndicate and a network of offices across the country. The organisation are growing from strength to strength. An opportunity has arisen for a Motor Breakdown Controller within their Brentwood offices.


Your role as a Breakdown Controller is to provide a breakdown recovery service on behalf of Policyholders in a fast, efficient manner. Responding to telephone enquiries in a professional courteous and efficient manner. Must be able to quickly assess circumstances and reassure Policyholders. Accurately create and maintain job records by logging data onto a computer system. Checking details of all Policyholders against a policy cover for validity prior to arranging assistance.


Previous telephone experience preferred. Good knowledge of cars is advantageous. You will be working 35 hours per week on a shift basis.
