Excellent opportunity has arisen to work permanently for this premier league insurance player. Based in Chelmsford you will manage and support the day to day running of the Motor Insurance Database and ensure that standards of performance are maintained and improved where required.


General description of activity will include: data analysis of extract files, reports and correspondence received directly to the MID help desk. Running of MID help desk. Understand the motor IT system architecture and links to external parties to ensure smooth running and future development of the exiting solution. Resolve/troubleshoot MID queries to internal and external parties. Coordinate production and analysis of reporting packs for MI purposes. Analysis trends and any areas of weakness thereby undertaking proactive action from a business viewpoint and ensuring compliance maintained at all times.


Seeking an individual who would like to manage the day to day running of this team, has a background in motor insurance, is familiar with similar motor insurance database requirements, and have testing of system changes/development work.
