You will be developing profitable business growth for this leading UK insurer by promoting the companies products effectively to brokers within Birmingham and surrounding areas, achieving targeted contributions to the company’s objectives.


The role is home based with responsibility for brokers within the region. It covers all commercial and domestic motor, personal accident, household and accident & health products. You will be supported by the Agency team and this will include statistical analysis and Telemarketing activity. You will be required to help achieve targets, by planning and maintenance of regular contact with targeted brokers and the development of good working relationships. Identifying and researching markets and provide market intelligence and feedback to Sales and Underwriting areas.


The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of commercial and domestic motor, household and accident & health insurance products from an insurance sales point of view. Excellent presentation and analytical skills are required. The ideal candidate will be motivated and have a burning desire towards results.
