Responsible for expert analysis of credit risk and managing a portfolio of clients, understanding both the nature of their trade and that of their customers you will work as part of an established underwriting team. The role will involve dealing with brokers and policyholders in assessing and underwriting business. Dealing with credit limit requests, monitoring limits in appeal, reviewing monitoring alerts, creating reports on buyers, buyer groups, countries and trade sectors overall responsibility will be to manage the overall risk exposure of the portfolio and keep it to an acceptable level.


The right individual will ideally have experience in the trade credit underwriting environment and have proven skills and knowledge in balance sheet analysis, insolvency practices and implications, binding contracts, non standard payment terms and export country ratings and terms of payment.
