A national loss adjuster require a Liability specialist to cover the Surrey/Sussex and South Coast areas. Our client deal with EL/PL and Professional Indemnity cases and seek somebody with prior liability/PI claims exposure and ideally external loss adjusting experience. A knowledge of Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules would be advantageous.


Responsibilities will include dealing with simple slip and trip incidents, serious injuries and fatalities, through to multi claimant financial loss. You will start with a thorough investigation of all the issues involved before deciding on the most appropriate approach and resources required. You will evaluate cases which can be defended, and those that warrant early settlement ensuring that the company provide the most cost-effective solution.
