Working within the specialist events unit the role will involve providing key support to the underwriting manager and acting as their number two, whilst being responsible for underwriting a wide range of event enquiries from small to world wide events. There will also be involvement in project work and responsibility for ongoing competitor analysis and provision of market intelligence updates.


The right individual will have a strong commercial underwriting background and be skilled at negotiating and trading with brokers. ACII qualification or progression towards would be advantageous as will a proven sales ability and experience in cross selling.
