Responsible for managing a regional Motor Fleet account the role will involve leading the trading teams in respect of underwriting excellence. The individual will be accountable for enhancing and developing the account performance, governance and capability. In addition to formulating class strategy for the trading territory and being the guardian of underwriting integrity, the role holder will have direct accountability for overall account performance as well as day to day trading at all aligned trading locations.


The key responsibilities will include holding the highest level of expertise in the class and being the most senior point of referral in the trading territory, having a leading role in developing significant business opportunities including non standard and non-conventional arrangements and acting as a role model for all traders, actively demonstrating leadership behaviours by regularly engaging with other traders at all levels.
