Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key brokers and an account encompassing UK, European and International business the role involves underwriting profitable new and renewal business. With additional responsibilities including the coaching and mentoring of junior staff, providing input into underwriting strategy and acting as an ambassador for the firm, this role offers a diverse range of duties and an exciting challenge in a growing and ambitious firm.


The right individual will have strong Property Insurance experience and be able to prove relationship management and development skills. Progress towards or completion of ACII would also be an advantage.
