Exciting opportunity to join a highly successful UK Insurance broker within their Property claims team. Currently undergoing a significant expansion drive , and due to increased business they are growing their claims team.


Handling a range of claims from first notification through to final settlement your role will be to handle property claims both direct and via third party agents. Deciding liability and quantum and negotiating cases to settlement you will be given the autonomy to manage your case load as you see fit but will need to comply with service standards and targets in line with the company's objectives.


You should have experience handling and negotiating property claims and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You must also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills both on the telephone and for written correspondence.
