Working in a key client management role and looking after a number of very large and diverse accounts the role involves the high level and strategic portfolio management, overseeing account executives, account handlers and claims handlers and ensuring that delivery is in line with plan and core service standards. The role will also involve involvement and assistance with the new business team in aiding them with their own drive for sales.


The right individual will have good general knowledge of the insurance business, insurance principles, covers and wordings as well as company broking and client servicing processes and procedures. Knowledge of FSA and Compliance matters is also essential. Exposure or experience to public sector business would be advantageous.
