Acting as a team leader for a team handling a wide variety and size of uk and international accounts, the unit is vital for ensuring efficient cash flow, identifying credit risks and setting credit levels.


You will be managing a team, requiring excellent people management skills and you will need to have managed in a previous role. Strong collection skills are essential and you will be responsible for setting collection targets. Other responsibilities will include identifying and resolving problem accounts, maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of other insurers, brokers and clients, identifying process improvements, coaching, mentoring and training of the team together with ongoing performance management.


The right individual must have experience operating in a similar role within the insurance industry, ideally in Lloyd's / the London market.
