Managing the operation responsible for all online trading for commercial SME business this role involves: leading the profitable growth of commercial business online through intermediaries across the UK; actively promoting and implementing underwriting strategy and ensuring all aspects of underwriting and group risk compliance procedures are in place. The aim is to revolutionise the company's commercial online business model and become the number 1 online insurer through brokers in the UK.


With a deep understanding of commercial insurance and the trading principles in dealing with the intermediated market the right individual will demonstrate first class leadership skills, be results orientated and show strong integrity. You should be able to prove strategic insight and the ability to translate vision into actions. ACII and / or MBA would be an advantage.
