A City based organisation are currently looking for an Account Executive, capable of building internal and external relationships. This role would suit a candidate with a Lloyd's/London Market background, and possibly a motivated claims broker. The role will require someone with strong administrative skills and an understanding of the Lloyd's Market.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organize and arrange meetings with Managing Agents for company employees visiting the Lloyd’s market.
Manage all external communication with the Lloyd’s community.
Assist with the creation, development and on-going management of the company strategy to develop business and standardize working practices in the Lloyd’s market.
Ensure that Salesforce is completed and maintained in the prescribed manner for all Lloyd’s accounts, opportunities and market visits.
Assist with the development of key account plans (with the potential opportunity, over time, to take responsibility for managing one or more key accounts).
Assist with the development of Lloyd’s specific Management Information (for internal use) and become responsible for on-going production and distribution of the same.
Maintain the Lloyd’s database.
Analysis and reporting of monthly fee data received from XCS.
Learn to identify potential new business opportunities, cross referencing and leveraging off of existing relationships.
Assist with the development, maintenance and updating of marketing material and internet based marketing and internet based market directory.
