A leading Insurance Company have a new and exciting opportunity within their Multinational team. The ideal applicant will understand what the service requirements are, and identify partners to work with - in house or third party; notify and agree SLAs with these.


The role will include knowledge of policy wordings when they are issued, credit terms, taxes to be paid & loss adjusters appointed. Our client are ideally looking for people have have multinational experience and a good understanding of credit control.


Role Purpose (Summary)


The role involves working as part of a team managing day to day individual contracts covering policy servicing, claims and cash management activities and serving as a subject matter expert on multinational contracts, including accurate financial recording and communication of covers to others. The jobholder will prepare and collate renewal case information, handle mid-term non critical cover changes and manage the delivery of key stages of the end to end underwriting process. There will be regular contact with overseas offices and the role requires an understanding of the regulatory and legal aspects of territorial insurance covers and the confidence and aptitude to deal in a multinational environment. A key requirement of the job is the delivery of excellent customer service.



General Description


Facilitate Multinational case coordination and information sharing with global underwriters / assistants
Co-ordinate and manage local Underwriter & policy servicing, local claims services and Local Risk Engineering Services
Price ad hoc services
Assist with Market Analysis
Manage central payments and overall cash position
Provide support and help to producing and local countries
Provide coaching and mentoring on Multinational processing



Essential Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to implement standards and regulations that govern the multinational cases
Insurance background preferably in an underwriting environment
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships across a global business
