Major international insurer with a growing London Market presence are looking for an individual to help in creating a new multinational servicing team.


The role will be responsible for leading the set up of local servicing capabilities by working with the regional Stakeholders to understand and build out local capabilities and to develop and own the Multinational cost model.


The role will invole: sourcing and contracting with Partners in conjunction with Procurement partners as appropriate; setting up & monitoring internal & external Service Level Agreements; engaging and managing Fronting partners and third parties in the delivery of externally sourced services; managing sourcing arrangements in context with global sourcing approach and co-ordinate with QBE sourcing counterparts to ensure optimum solutions are implemented across the Group; tracking and actively managing internal and third party costs and billing /payment activities; owning and setting standard servicing prices and price ad hoc services; developing and managing internal Multinational cost allocation approach.


The right individual must have a strong procurement background, with hands on experience of managing global service providers; an Insurance background preferably in an procurement environment; be experienced at working at senior level – with gravitas and excellent verbal and written comunication skills; experience of managing budgets and experience of working in a global business with diverse cultural and business
