Newly created role within a highly respected London Market insurer.


The role involves acting as a leader for Multinational business by setting and managing the framework by which service excellence is delivered through the Multinational Client Centre (MCC) and local regional servicing. This will include developing, maintaining and enhancing Multinational rules and standards and working closely with the QBE Stakeholders to report and manage service performance and IT requirements


You will be responsible for setting, owning and tracking Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indictors (KPI’s); setting, owning and tracking service and IT enhancements; processing and controlling framework owner; understanding, validating and documenting regional business variations; owning and managing standard business tools and templates such as wordings and standard master conditions; providing Business technical support to all areas of the business from Underwriting to local servicing teams; managing Quality Assurance activities to ensure that Multinational frameworks are adhered to; managing regional User Groups


The right individual will have strong operational and service background, with hands on experience of running teams to tight service levels in complex environments; an insurance background preferably in an underwriting environment with Multinational insurance experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience of business processes (Lean Six Sigma); experience of managing complex business / IT change initiatives; experience of working in a global business with diverse cultural demands
