Forming a key role within the compliance function the role offers a great opportunity to help with the operational management of the firm and to learn in depth about regulatory and compliance issues. Assisting in compliance reviews and overseeing FSA administration you will need to have good knowledge of ICOB, FSA and, ideally different areas of compliance including fraud, complaints and whistleblowing. The compliance team is small with the Compliance Manager and this role, therefore the Compliance Assistant will get involved with all areas, and have excellent opportunities to learn and to play a larger part within the firm as the department continues to grow.
