Description
Major insurance group with a large personal lines division need an ambitious and energised individual to join their household claims team.
Dealing with a range of household claims from inception through to settlement you will be responsible for making decisions regarding cover and quantum and for negotiating a settlement with the insured utilising loss adjusters and other third party specialists as deemed necessary.
You should have some basic experience handling household or personal lines claims and be familiar with policy wordings, clauses and warranties. An excellent telephone manner is required as are strong customer services skills - the firm prides itself on first class customer service.
