Description
Highly respected and well known Lloyds syndicate are looking for an individual to join their global property underwriting team, handling a range of facultative reinsurance.
Based mainly at the box in Lloyds and providing key support to the senior underwriters, who are well known figures within the market, your role will involve a mixture of administration and some underwriting on the firm's behalf. With responsibility for the maintenance of underwriting records, aggregates and performance figures the role offers a fantastic chance to use your technical skills whilst building your underwriting experience.
The right individual will have experience in and knowlege of international property business, ideally in a London market or Lloyds environment. Knowledge of business written on a facultative basis and exposure to underwriting via binders would be an advantage. ACII or progress towards would also be a desirable.
