Currently undergoing a significant expansion drive within the UK the company have been growing from strength to strength and in line with increased business are growing their claims team. Handling a range of claims from first notification through to final settlement your role will be to negotiate third party claims, both direct and via third party agents. Deciding liability and quantum and negotiating cases to settlement you will be given the autonomy to manage your case load as you see fit but will need to comply with service standards and targets in line with the company's objectives. You should have experience handling and negotiating motor claims and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You must also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills both on the telephone and for written correspondence.
