Description
Major international insurance group are looking for a Professional Indemnity Underwriter to join their expanding city office. With objectives to continue the successful growth and profitability of their business during 2008/2009 this is an exciting time to join the dynamic and thriving firm.
Responsible for developing relationships with a key panel of brokers, as well as identifying new quality brokerages to trade with, your role will involve the profitable underwriting of new and renewal business. The aim is to write quality business at the right price and to build a name based on quality of service and long term relationships.
The right individual will be able to demonstrate an ability to underwrite profitable PI business and to develop and enhance relationships. Also key is the ability to deliver against key business objectives and targets. ACII or progression towards would be an advantage.
