Description
Great opportunity to join a well known and respected insurance brokerage as a commercial insurance manager.
As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of Account Handlers and Commercial Admin staff including undertaking staff appraisals. Mentoring and coaching junior members of staff, you will ensure that the team provide a professional and competent service to all clients.
You will be handling your own portfolio of senior clients in addition to the supervisory duties.
Responsible for everything from liaison with insurers to obtain the best prices for new and renewal business, through to ensuring documentation sent to clients is completed accurately and sent on time you will form a key part of the broking operation.
The right individual will have good commercial experience with man managment / supervisory skills. Good knowledge of the property and liability sectors would be advantageous.
