Exposure Management Manager – 6 Month contract

We’re looking for an Exposure Management Manager (6-month contract) to support catastrophe risk oversight and exposure management at both syndicate and market levels.
In this role, you will:
Lead the evaluation of catastrophe risk appetites and exposure management practices
Review compliance with standards and provide technical oversight
Analyse catastrophe risk within business forecasts and capital requirements
Manage technical referrals and support market-facing reviews
Deliver reporting, research, and tool development to enhance risk analysis
What you’ll bring:
Experience with catastrophe modelling and exposure management tools (e.g. RMS, AIR, aggregation/GIS systems, advanced Excel)
Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders
Knowledge of catastrophe risk principles and (re)insurance markets
Strong organisational skills to manage reviews, documentation, and deadlines
