Brand new Contractor opportunity for an experienced Lloyd’s Market Business Analyst to work for a reputable Lloyd’s Insurer based in London. This is a business facing role and will have a lot of exposure to all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and the duration of the contract is to be 12 months +

Job Summary:
Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand, analyse, articulate and implement requirements for changes to business processes.
Understand and be a dynamic advocate for group vision and supporting group operation’s strategy. Have a strong knowledge of the variety of distribution channel target operating models.
Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements, design and implement solutions that meet them, and where feasible inline with the group’s strategic vision.
Builds strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels, within trading and operation’s teams.
Provide support to the trading team’s in supporting innovation, helping them to develop ideas into fully formed product solution proposals.
Play project lead role for new product delivery with support from the Business Solutions Manager.
Provide problem resolution management to a broad range of trading team and/or ROW office operational issues.
Support the Business Solutions Manager with ad-hoc requirements as required.

Personal Specification:

Experience of working in the Lloyd’s Insurance Market
Previous experience in providing process and solutions design expertise in support of business change projects, with proven strong track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor them appropriately for different audiences, technical backgrounds, and seniority
Experience of supporting project delivery, preferably covering the use of internal resources, third party (packaged) solutions and outsourced services.
Ideally experience working in a financial services organisation, preferably insurance.
