A brand new Customer Success Manager opportunity is currently available working for a fast-growing InsurTech company that offers innovative insurance solutions to customers around the world.

They are committed to providing exceptional customer service
and delivering the best possible experience to clients who are some of the market’s largest and best known specialty insurers.

The goal is to be the no. 1 provider of big data, machine learning and AI solutions in the specialty insurance market. Having pioneered the use of ‘behavioural insurance’ in the marine and automotive markets, the business is expanding across multiple insurance product lines.

The Role
They are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join the team in London.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, managing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Monitor client activity and usage to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products and services.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clients, helping them maximize the value of their offerings.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that our clients may encounter.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the insurance industry as a whole.
• Collaborate with other internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure we are meeting the needs of our clients and addressing any gaps or areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to our customer success strategies.

Requirements
• B2B SAAS Product sales exposure is highly desirable
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in the insurance industry or with insurance-related products and services is preferred.
