As company founder Matthew has built Harrison Holgate from the core principles of long term partnerships, trust and transparency.

Initially commencing his career within the insurance industry Matthew worked within Claims, Underwriting & Sales before moving into recruitment with a large PLC firm.

With a 23 year track record successfully recruiting within Underwriting, Broking and Claims Matthew now focuses on running and growing the Underwriting and Broking unit.

Lee is a Director of Harrison Holgate with 20+ years of experience recruiting market professionals into the Lloyd’s, London, and UK Insurance sectors.

Focussing on Senior and Search level assignments and responsible for securing high profile candidates for clients through the utilisation of an extensive network of contacts, colleagues, and friends within the market.

Working with Insurance Companies, Broking Houses, Managing Agencies and Lloyd’s Syndicates, Lee’s consultative approach and tireless work ethic has proven successful in providing a professional and effective service to both employers and job seekers alike.
