My client is looking for an entry-level HR and payroll administrator to support the HR and payroll teams at their specialist Lloyd's insurance and reinsurance broker.
This position would be a great opportunity for a hardworking, dedicated, and organised individual looking to seek a career in HR.
This position will come with full training; however, any form of work experience in administration would be beneficial.
Duties:
Dealing with holidays and absences
Organising team social events as well as diversity and inclusion awareness days
Updating spreadsheets and managing expenses
Organising Deadlines and the Payroll
Making phone calls to arrange interviews, providing interview feedback, and liaising with managers and recruitment agencies
