My client, a leading Insurance Brokerage is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team, supporting the wider business analysis team with change initiatives, with a specific focus on data.

The ideal candidate will have strong data knowledge, partnered with extensive experience working within the Insurance industry.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
•   Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, supporting the business analysis/data teams with change initiatives.
•   The development and implementation of business processes, including developing process maps, to gather a better understanding and support decision-making concerning potential data solutions.
•   Ensuring the business requirements and technical requirements align and provide appropriate challenges, ensuring the business outcomes are met.
•   Oversee and manage User Acceptance Testing, whilst developing the appropriate techniques and tools.
•   Reporting on the outcome of testing, being able to translate and prioritise the risks and ensuring those risks associated with the change initiatives are understood by all stakeholders.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
•   Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working within the Insurance industry.
•   Data migration, data quality, and data warehouse experience are essential
•   Working knowledge of web and cloud technologies.
•   Very strong written and verbal communication
•   Confident in building professional relationships, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
•   A good understanding of Insurance Data, Underwriting, Finance and Operations.
