A London market insurance business is recruiting for an extra Credit Controller to strengthen its London based Credit Control Team.
Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader the successful applicant will review and distribute invoices not sent and update files, review and deal with unallocated cash including sundry, issue monthly statements to customers and issue copy invoices, issue first chaser to accounts due, liaise with Accounts department in relation technical accounting issues, assist in the set up and processing of fee funds, deploy escalation tools/procedures to influence a positive outcome, while maintaining effective, professional relationships with our clients, and maintain accurate and up to date records/status on our core systems.
Suitable applicants must have at least 3 years Credit Control experience gained within an insurance or professional services organisation and with a proven track record of delivering against key targets and KPI’s, have strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and possess strong excel skills to manage large data sets.
