Salary – IRO £100,000-£120,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Share Incentive scheme
Summary:-
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee day-day Operational functions of the company.
- Establish compliance operational strategies.
- Develop organisational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction of the business.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- 6+ years of Operational Management experience, providing specialist advice in the Insurance Market
- In depth knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market
- Excellent leadership, project management and organisational skills
- In depth knowledge of all the main classes of GI and the CII’s Code of Ethics and GDPR
