A London market insurance business is recruiting for an Assistant Corporate Accountant for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager the successful applicant will support with the month end, quarter end, and year end close, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, monthly management of the ledgers (trial balances, P&L, balance sheet etc.), assist with the production of annual financial statements, and support on finance systems transformation projects.
Candidates will ideally be at least part qualified accountants with extensive reconciliation experience gained working for an insurance business or similar financial services organisation, be able to manage large data sets, possess strong data analysis skills and have some experience of working on finance change related projects.
