A rapidly growing Lloyd's Broker have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Technician/Broker. It will involve handling U.S. Property, Liability and Transportation claims.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handling U.S. Property and Casualty claims.
Broking Claims Files form to the Lloyd's Underwriters, XCS and Company Markets.
Processing Claims Files from first advice to final settlement via ECF/Class
Responsible for ensuring any problems with Claims Files are report to his/her manager in a timely fashion
Share Market Intelligence with colleagues to maintain an up to date knowledge of important current events
Ensuring clients are provided a prompt and accurate response to correspondence, meeting established service standards, to facilitate swift advice and settlement of Claims.
Processing of Claims Bordereaux onto ECF for Underwriters' and XCS' agreement
Tracking the agreement process of monthly bordereaux with Underwriters and XCS
Analysis of claims bordereaux and files, and subsequent production of reports and stats.
Key Skills and Experience
Working knowledge of North American Property and Casualty Binding Authority business (preferred but not essential)
Claims Technical experience of processing and collecting monthly Claims Bordereaux for North American Property and Casualty Binding Authority business
Knowledge of ECF/CLASS system
