I'm working with a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation seeking a Head of Wordings to join their evolving team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building a new culture from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have strong wordings experience, with the ability to draft bespoke wordings from scratch as well as adapt and tailor standard wordings to suit a variety of risks across multiple classes of business.
You’ll work closely with C-suite executives, contributing to strategic decisions, while also supporting underwriters in winning business by providing expert technical guidance. You’ll be hands-on in creating and reviewing templates for policies, binders, and reinsurance agreements.
