A global, market-leading broker is looking for an experienced Account Handler to join their Construction team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to support a portfolio of construction clients and gain exposure to complex commercial risks within a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage documentation for new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
Accurately maintain client information across internal systems in line with compliance standards
Obtain renewal terms and explore market options to secure the best outcomes for clients
Produce renewal submissions and ensure cover is bound ahead of renewal dates
Handle day-to-day client and insurer queries, including policy confirmations, documentation follow-up, and credit control matters
Apply legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines to ensure compliant and efficient processes
Experience in an account handling or broking support role within the insurance sector
Good working knowledge of the London Market and Lloyd’s environment
Ideally working towards or holding a CII qualification (Dip CII or FIT desirable)
Comfortable working in a target-driven, regulated environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, process-focused approach
Confident handling client data with an understanding of compliance and risk
