Facilities Manager – UK & Ireland
Location: London (with occasional travel)
I’m partnered with a growing brokerage to find a hands-on Facilities Manager to take ownership of their office portfolio — including their London HQ and 25+ regional offices across the UK and Ireland.
You’ll be responsible for keeping all locations safe, compliant, and well-maintained, while managing contractors, overseeing refurbishments, and driving day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily FM at the flagship London HQ and support regional sites
- Oversee hard & soft services (cleaning, security, M&E, H&S)
- Plan maintenance and deliver office moves/refurbs
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance
- Act as first point of contact for facilities issues
What You’ll Need:
- Experience managing multi-site office facilities
- Strong knowledge of M&E, H&S, and supplier management
- Great organisational and stakeholder skills
- FM qualifications (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM) are a bonus
